2008-2009

· August 18, 2008 -  District Citizenship Committee:  Subcommittee Staff/Parent Communication Methods PPT.

· August 19, 2008 - District Citizenship Committee:  Subcommittee Staff/Parent Communication Presenter (EAMS Campus - 1 hour in the morning)

· August 19, 2008 - Technology Workshop – (Building Level-2 hours in the afternoon)

· August 21, 2008—Internal Facilitator Workshop  - 8-2pm, Education Center, Board of Education Room

· August 21, 2008 – “School” Action Planning and Standards Teams will meet for organizational purposes (Internal Facilitators-for 1 hour-2:30-3:40pm,)

· September 2008– Internal Facilitator Meetings – each school is a different date and time

· September, 2008 – EASD AFG Annual Review Report 2007-2008 presentation to the Board of Education, Education Center

· September 8, 2008 - District Citizenship Committee, 9-11am (Update), Education Center

· September 16, 2008 – District Literacy Committee Meeting, (Update), District Action Planning Team will review activities on the action plans – 1-3pm, Education Center

· September 17, 2008 – Principal/ Internal Facilitator Meeting – 3-5pm, Education Center

· September 18, 2008 – District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm (Update), District Action Planning Team will review activities on the action plans, Education Center

· September 28, 2008 –District Action Planning Teams will submit an update on their activities in the Actions Plans to the 3 Action Planning & Standards’ Teams at their buildings

· October 2008 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· October 10, 2008-Action Planning Team Meetings - update of Action Plans; Standards Team Meetings – update of Standards recommendations (K-12 Early Dismissal - 2 hours)

· October 14, 2008 – Submit Action Planning Team updates and Standards Team reviews to “School” Implementation Team

· October 14, 2008 - Principal/ Internal Facilitator Meeting – 3-5pm, Education Center

· October 15-30, 2008 –“School” Implementation Team Meeting– review updates from Action Planning Teams and Standards Teams (1/2 day pm until document is completed. Time is building specific)

· October 16, 2008 –District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm – Review of Activities on the Action Plan, Education Center

· October 31, 2008 – “School” Implementation Team submits written update of Action Plans and Standards Teams to EASD K-12 Implementation Team

· November, 2008 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· November 3, 2007 - District Citizenship Committee, 5:30-6:30pm, Education Center, Review of Activities on the Action Plan

· November 5, 12, 2008 – K-12 Implementation Team - review updates from EASD School Implementation Teams, Education Center (6-8pm)

· November 18, 2008 - District Literacy Committee - Review of Activities on the Action Plan – 1:00-3:00PM, Education Center

· November 20, 2008 - District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm – Review of Activities on the Action Plan, Education Center

· December 2008 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· December 11, 2008 - District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm – Review of Activities on the Action Plan, Education Center

· January, 2009 – Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· January 5, 2009 – District Citizenship Committee, 1-3pm  - Annual Review, Education Center

· January 13, 2009 – District Literacy Committee - Annual Review – 8:30-10:30am, Education Center

· January 15, 2009 – District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm – Annual Review, Education Center

· January 21, 2009 – Principal/Internal Facilitator Meeting – 3-5pm, Education Center

· January 30, 2009 – District Mathematics, Literacy, Citizenship Committee Meetings will submit their annual review of activities to the 3 School Action Planning Teams and Standards Teams at their buildings

· February 2009 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· February 13, 2009 - Action Planning Team Meetings and Standards Team Meetings —Annual Review  (K-12 Early Dismissal-2 hours);

· February 12, 2009- District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm – Review of Activities on the Action Plan, Education Center

· February 27, 2009 – Annual Review of Action Planning Teams and Standards Teams will be submitted to the School Implementation Team

· March 2009 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· March 27, 2009 - School Implementation Team – Annual Review (In-service Day, 12:00-5:00pm)

· March 2, 2009 - District Citizenship Committee, 5:30-6:30pm, Education Center, will meet for organizational purposes

· March 5, 2009 - District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm - Review of Activities on the Action Plan, Education Center

· March 10, 2009 - District Literacy Committee, Review of Activities on the Action Plan – 1:00-3:00PM, Easton Public Library

· March 31, 2009—School Implementation Team submits Annual Review to K-12 Implementation Team (L.Fisher)

· March 18, 2009 - Principal/Internal Facilitator Meeting – 3-5pm, Education Center

· April, 2009 - Internal Facilitator Meetings– each school is a different date and time

· April 14, 15, 27, 29, 2009– K-12 Implementation Team, 1-6pm (4/29-8am-3pm), Education Center, Annual Review

· April 16, 2009 - District Mathematics Committee, Review of Activities on the Action Plan – 1-3pm, Education Center

· May 2009 – Internal Facilitator Meetings - will meet for organizational purposes– each school is a different date and time

·  May 1, 2009 – EASD Annual Review available for Middle States review

· May 12, 2009 - District Literacy Committee will meet for organizational purposes, 1:00-3:00PM, Education Center

· May 14, 2009 - District Mathematics Committee, 1-3pm, will meet for organizational purposes, Education Center

· May 20, 2008 - Principal/Internal Facilitator Meeting - will meet for organizational purposes – 1-3pm, Education Center

· May 26, 2009 - Action Planning Team Meetings and Standards Team Meetings (In-service Day-2:30-3:40pm) will meet for organizational purposes

· May/June 2009 – Celebration of Successes at each building

· 5/1, 2006-2010—Annual Review submitted to MSA (with data)

· February, 2007—Mid-Point Review

· Prior to 9/1, 2010—re-initiate planning process

· Fall, 2011—Validation Team Visit

· 5/1, 2012—Expiration of Accreditation
