September 23, 2005 – Cheston Internal Coordinators, Principal and District AFG Facilitator Meeting – organizational meeting
September 28, 2005 – Cheston Internal Coordinators/Principal Meeting – (purpose?)
September 29, 2005 –EASD Mathematics Committee Meeting – 1-3 pm at IU Building
September 30, 2005 – School-based Committees will submit updates on their activities in the action plans to the 3 Action Planning Teams (see comments below)
October 7, 2005 – ½ Day Workshop - Cheston Standards Teams – Commendations/Recommendations, brief narrative
October 3 – 14 – Cheston Action Planning Teams Meet for updates
October 5, 2005 – Cheston Safety Team Meeting 7:30 AM (Is this a school-based committee?)
October 11, 2005 – 1:30PM – Cheston/Community Safety Committee Meeting – plan Bike Rally (Is this a school-based committee?)
October 12, 2005 – EASD Citizenship Committee Meeting at EAHS
- Cheston Citizenship Representative to attend (6-7 pm)
October 13, 2005 – 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM - Cheston Building AFG Organizational Meeting
October 14, 2005 – Cheston School-Wide Behavior Committee Meeting with Greg Llewelyn (Is this a school-based committee?)
October 14, 2005 – Submit Action Planning Team updates and Standards Team Updates to Cheston Implementation Team
October 18, 2005 – 7:30 – 8:30 – Cheston Action Planning Teams (What purpose?)
October 18 - 24 – Cheston Implementation Team Meets to review Action Plans and Standards Team updates – 1 Additional hour – date/time to be determined by teams
October 25, 2005 – Building Meeting; AFG Update
October 26, 2005 – Cheston Implementation Team Meeting to review reports from Cheston Action planning Teams and Cheston Standards Teams
October 30, 2005 – Cheston Implementation Team submits written update of Action Plans and Standards Teams to EASD K–12 Implementation Team
November, 2005 – School-based Committee Meetings; School Action Planning Team Meetings; District Action Planning Team Meetings (November 14, 2005-District Citizenship Committee)
November 10, 2005 – EASD K-12 Implementation Team Meeting – update of each school’s reports

ADDITIONAL MEETINGS TO BE SCHEDULED
Great job!
If the committees I questioned are school-based committees, then they should be submitting updates to the Action Planning Teams (math, literacy, citizenship) on September 30th. They should be updates of their activities in the action plans.
As you stated, any additional meetings should be added and all revisions should be submitted to me with a footer stating the date of the revision.
